Cancellation Policy

Cancellations cannot be refunded but can be rescheduled if giving more than 12 hours notice. Credit Packs & Pay as you go: You lose credit if cancelled under 12 hours regardless of the circumstances. Any unused credits cannot be carried forward and must be used within it's stated time. We operate a zero tolerance on No shows and have a 3 strike policy. If you fail to attend a class 3x and do not cancel you will be blocked from booking any classes for . (This is to eliminate empty spaces at classes that our other members wish to attend, especially with only having 14 bikes. If you are unsure you can attend then please avoid booking in advance and wait until the same day to book) Waiting List You will have access to book the class for up to 30 minutes before class. You will receive an email which will prompt you to grab a space within 10 minutes of the space becoming available. If you don't, it will then be passed to the next person on the waitlist. If you no longer wish to attend, you need to remove yourself from the waiting list at least 12 hours before class start time. If you don’t cancel your booking or remove yourself from the waiting list you will forfeit the credit.
